hey people. genuine thanks to shiqi and megan and whoever else for keeping this blog alive. though i suppose it is dying or will die pretty soon. but good effort. oh, and before i forget,

hey!! incase your glove or boots or something has fungus!! use this!! it really work. it's anti-bacterial. thats what i use. wet tissue can be used too i think
wipe your glove after every training, the inside part and sun it. your boots too (if you used it). must sun!! even if you didn't use it. i think. that what i do. if not there would be fungus.
description of fungus inside glove:
they are little white dots and then if they are fully grown they have hair sticking out of them. baby ones have too. if you see side ways. from top view you cant really see hair.
to clean the glove with the anti-bacterial thing. use chopstick and then dig it into the finger parts. or wet tissue. wet tissue can too. ms su said so.

anyways megan.. it was according to jessica that we lost 18-20
hahas.
OMG! the 5km run sucked! pfft.
i have no idea how angela got this sudden burst of energy.
she started running so fast that i couldnt keep up with her.
so i ended up running with lisa for the part on the pavement when we got out of the "jungle"
im never going to go for any of those runs again! ugh.
watching dark oracle. hahas
it's quite freaky. but there's nothing to do
