Q: So how will the "roles"/nicknames (Omg lame pun!) be applicable in our daily training/SRC lives?

A: We'll call each other the names, obviously. Example, for Mich:
Mich = Pad, so when you see her, cheer her on!
"Go girl, have a happy period!" *
