HI.
PHYSICAL FOR NZ!
if you're skipping 4 trainings, do 3x, if skipping only 3 (coming for training on monday, the day we get back) then just do twice.
*must bring skipping rope to NZ!
1) SKIP 2mins x 5sets. min 180
2) PUSHUPS 20 x 4
3.1) MOUNTAIN CLIMBER 40 x 4
OR.
3.2) STEP UP 80 x 3
4) VMAN 25 x 4
5) FIELDING + THROWING movement 10 x 4
6) BATTING movement 20 x 4
where do you guys suppose we should do em! and when!
before we sleep? we can like gather in someone's room and physical together :D
