hey guys!! i'm going to post the softball homework today.
every mon, weds & fri. except 7
1)  gain/lose weight/none
2) 80 push ups
3) 80 vman
4) 80 mountain climber
5) 100 backswings
6) 50 throwing at the mirror
7) 15 laps of swimming/2.4km run at gym/2.4km anywhere (once a week)
